CCBM Receives Equipment Grant from IBM

The Center for Cardiovascular Bioinformatics and Modeling has received an equipment grant from IBM Corporation under the Shared University Research (SUR) Program. This grant will upgrade the Center's p690 system to 32 Power4 processors and 128 Gbytes memory, add additional SAN storage, and upgrade the Center's Blade Center Linux cluster to 56 processors and 112 Gbytes memory.
